Flair Consultancy Group’s education section are committed to enhancing individuals’ autonomy and skills development in the workplace. We have worked with several Russell Group and London universities/colleges; developed materials for a wide breadth of individuals’ needs in schools, higher education and have extended this to the workplace.
Biography and Educational Services Ethos
Our education consultants have over 25 years of experience in the fields of: screening, assessing, institution and workplace training needs, policy development and review; teaching, as well as workplace coaching and learning advancement. Due to the extensive and broad range, and types of support we have delivered, we have covered all educational institutional levels and have a variety of work placements support experience in our portfolio.
Our workplace client-centered support and coaching sessions focus on metacognitive development (through reflective practices and tailor-made strategy management) to allow the progress of practical and suitable coping skills. Neurodivergent individuals can learn the required expertise that will enable them to carry out their studies and/or work-related tasks more efficiently and effectively.
Quality assurance
Our consultants have several qualifications that allow them to work effectively in the field of Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD), support and coaching. These include, as a small sample: Masters of Science (MSc) in Education and Policy Practice; Master of Arts (MA) in SpLD; post graduate teaching specific, and/or specialist teaching qualifications, as well as management and leadership qualifications.
Our team brings a wealth of experience and are highly skilled professionals, who offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of the education sector and workplace management in supporting neurodivergent, visually or hearing-impaired individuals. Our expertise spans various domains including:
1. Training: Our tailored training caters for all aims and objectives and can cover many fields some of which are highlighted below:
· overcoming bias and unbiased prejudice in the workplace
· customer service and communication development for those managing or dealing with stakeholders with neurodiverse conditions and autistic spectrum disorders.
2. Workplace Support for Audit and Policy Development: We can support any complex project, which aims to improve the inclusive practices and needs under the Equality Act (2010) and the subsequent additions impacting on the public sectors. Some examples of projects we have assisted on are: implementing institutional staff development courses; improving procedures for disclosure and support; Assisting with Professional Development Reviews to support teams optimize their resource allocation and skill usage; Review departmental policy and to improve on-time delivery and institutional key impact criterion and targets.
3. Screening/Assessing: We can work with Human Resource Departments to provide guidance with: screening and assessments for staff looking to identify their strengths and weaknesses or diagnostic assessments/referrals.
4. On course support or extra-curricular workplace course needs: We understand the value of professional development and studying, so are here to support any students, or client, with any diagnosed disability. Our support would be specifically tailored to meet the needs of individuals accordingly.
5. Workplace coaching: Embracing change is essential in today's ever-evolving workplace landscape. We specialise in guiding organisations through transformative journeys; support inclusive practice and empowering staffs, students, or institutions to adapt, thrive, and achieve lasting success. Our consultants work closely with clients to develop robust workplace strategies that align with business objectives and maximize technology use for autonomy.
